Olivia ("we", "our", or "us") is a family faith app that helps parents build daily spiritual habits with their children. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights around it.
By using Olivia, you agree to the practices described here.
Account information: When you create an account we collect your name and email address.
Family profile: You may optionally add a profile photo and your relationship to your child (e.g. parent, guardian).
Children's information: You provide your child's first name and approximate birth year and month so we can recommend age-appropriate tracks. We do not collect any information directly from children — all data is entered by the parent or guardian.
Usage data: We record which tracks you enrol in, your progress through each track, your scheduled session days and times, and any reviews you submit. This data is used to personalise your experience.
Profile photos: If you upload a photo for your profile or your child's profile, it is stored securely and only used to display within the app.
Device and error data: We collect anonymous crash reports and error logs to improve stability. This data does not include personally identifiable information.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.
Olivia is designed for parents and guardians, not for use by children directly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The children's data stored in the app (first name and birth year) is entered by you as a parent or guardian and is used solely to personalise content recommendations.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child without parental consent, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
With your permission, Olivia sends push notifications to remind you of scheduled track sessions. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device's Settings or within the Olivia app under Profile → Notifications.

These services are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not share your personally identifiable information with any other third parties.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase's infrastructure. We use row-level security policies to ensure your data is only accessible to your account. Profile photos are stored in a private storage bucket. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account from within the app (Profile → Delete Account), all personal data associated with your account — including your profile, children's profiles, enrollments, and progress — will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
